Sandy Hill Medical Centre is now offering one-on-one and small group Exercise and Pilates-based sessions directly at the clinic with our Exercise Physiologist, Chris Howley.
Sessions are designed to support recovery, build strength, and improve mobility — tailored for all ages, fitness levels, and health goals.
What’s on Offer?
- Reformer Pilates (1:1 sessions only) – Focused, personalised sessions on the reformer machine.
- Mat Pilates (1:1 or small group) – Gentle and effective floor-based Pilates.
- Small Group Mat Classes (max 4 people) – $30 per class. Enjoy expert guidance in a supportive, community environment.
- Pregnancy & Recovery Friendly – Safe for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or injury rehabilitation.
- Claimable Rebates – Private health insurance or GP Care Plans may be used for eligible 1:1 sessions.
