If your preferred GP isn’t available in person, try switching the booking type to Telehealth (Video or Phone). Many GPs offer telehealth consultations throughout the day.

To access this:

• Visit our online booking page or AMS App
• Change “appointment type” to “Telehealth”

Please note: Medicare rebates for Telehealth are only available if you have had an in-person consultation within the past 12 months.
