Non-Attendance & Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a Did Not Attend (DNA) fee. Please note, this fee is paid directly to the practitioner, as they are independent providers consulting from our clinic. Management does not have the authority to waive this fee.
